From helping you perform your best for your sporting endeavors, to giving you the tools to lose weight and keep it off - there's a bespoke plan for you!

I run a no nonsense approach, no foods are banned, you'll never be hugely restricted, and you can still have a social life - so what are you waiting for.

1-2-1 NUTRITION COACHING

Consultation Phase:
-    I will ask you to complete a questionnaire and food diary.
-    From this information, I will then complete an initial assessment of your current lifestyle, training, and diet. We can then discuss a plan to help you reach your goals.
-    The assessment is in-depth, and will take into account aspects of your well-being, to ensure you not only reach your main goal, but also benefit from better sleep, more energy, immunity, increased motivation and better performance at work and in training.

The Plan:
-    Your plan will be fully tailored to you and your needs.
-    We will work in four-week blocks, then tweak and adjust as and when it's needed.
-    I will provide you with 30 new recipes a month.

​

Education:
-    I’ll provide you with easy-to-understand nutrition documents that will explain what you’re eating and why, as well as information and tips to improve certain lifestyle factors that will impact all aspects of your life.

On a Run

- I will teach you how to fuel for your training and goal races, as well as how best to eat for recovery and performance.
-    I will provide you with 30 new recipes each month.
